Article 1 — Object

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products made through the website slowfeederdogbowl.co.uk, operated by Slow Feeder Dog Bowl, United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Article 2 — Product

The product offered for sale is the Slow Feeder Dog Bowl, available in several colours and in multipacks (Pack of 2, Pack of 3). The product is presented with a detailed description, its main features, its price and its delivery conditions. Product photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness with the actual product.

Article 3 — Price

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), including VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the website on the day of the order is the only price applicable to you. UK delivery is free.

Article 4 — Order

You select the product or products you wish to order and place your order by contacting us. The validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after each order is agreed.

Article 5 — Payment

Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent a secure payment link to complete your purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider through an encrypted connection. Your card details are never stored by us. Your order is dispatched once payment has cleared.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days within the United Kingdom. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or by an event of force majeure. UK delivery is free on all orders.

Article 7 — Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this period and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive the product. To exercise this right, simply contact us at [email protected]. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility.

Article 8 — Refund

Where you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund the price of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order.

Article 9 — Guarantee

All products sold on this website are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Article 10 — Data protection

Personal data collected when you place an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Article 11 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter amicably. Where no amicable resolution can be reached, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
